POSTAGE

Orders of one product are sent Parcel Post within Australia.

Orders of two products or more are sent Express Post within Australia.

Delivery time depends on where you live. Delivery to capital cities is - Express Post next day, Parcel Post takes a little longer.

We endeavour to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it but please allow 14 days for delivery. Usually it is far quicker than this!

When your order has been sent we email you a confirmation to tell you it has been posted so you know to look out for it.

TAX.

GST is payable on all items that require it. GST is already included in the prices on this website and will be identifiable on your invoice. FermPlus and Prime Directive are GST exempt as they are foods and so you do not pay any GST on these products.

OVERSEAS ORDERS (orders to be delivered outside of Australia)

For orders to North and South America please go to the website www.livingfoodsusa.com where you will be able to order the probiotic supperfoods direct.

For orders to the UK and Europe please go to the website www.saferemedies.com where you will be able to order the probiotic superfoods direct.

For all other counties or products we can deliver direct to you from this website. Please note GST will not be charged as the products you order are being exported to you.

However you are liable for any possible import duties that your customs may charge as the product enters your country. Generally customs do not charge duty on products bought for personal use, usually 2 products per person are allowed but this can differ from country to country.
